SendWide

Small store.
Wide reach.
No marketing team.

Shopify email automation for stores that don't have a marketing team. Abandoned carts, post-purchase follow-ups and win-backs that run themselves — sent from your own domain, set up with one DNS record, priced flat so growing your list never raises the bill.

Set it up once. Then leave it alone.

Most email tools ask you to become a marketer. This one asks you to answer three questions and then get back to making things.

01

Install on your store

SendWide reads your orders, customers and checkouts through Shopify's official API. No theme edits, no code in your storefront, no tracking script to slow your pages down.

02

Delegate one DNS record

You add a single delegation for email.yourstore.com. SendWide publishes and maintains everything inside it — DKIM, SPF, the tracking host, certificates. Key rotations never come back to you.

03

Turn on the flows you want

Abandoned checkout, order follow-up, lapsed-customer win-back. Edit the words, set the timing, switch it on. It keeps running whether or not you log in.

Triggers, conditions, waits, actions.

The same shape as Shopify Flow, pointed at email. Something happens in your store, SendWide checks whether it matters, waits if it should, then sends — or doesn't.

Abandoned checkout recovery

Fires when a shopper leaves with their email captured. Waits two hours, checks the order hasn't since completed, then sends. Follows up at a day and three days if it still hasn't. Cancels itself the moment they buy.

Post-purchase and fulfilment

Thank-yous, dispatch notes, made-to-order progress, review requests timed to arrive after delivery rather than after payment.

Segments that are just questions

Customers who bought this category, spent over an amount, haven't ordered in ninety days, live in a country. Built from your real Shopify data, no CSV exports.

Campaigns when you want them

New arrivals, a sale, a restock. The automated flows keep running underneath; a broadcast is just a send you trigger yourself.

Your domain. Your reputation.

Email that arrives is the entire product. Everything here exists because of that, not because it looked good on a feature list.

A sending subdomain that's yours

Mail goes out as you@email.yourstore.com, authenticated with DKIM and aligned SPF. Your sending reputation is yours alone — not shared with every other store on a platform.

One record, not six

Done naively this needs six DNS records and a revisit every time a key rotates. Delegate the subdomain instead and it's one record, once. We handle the inside.

Sending is blocked until it's verified

No half-configured domain can send. Records are checked continuously afterwards too — if your DNS changes at the registrar, you hear it from us rather than from your bounce rate.

Unsubscribe that actually unsubscribes

One click, no login, no confirmation page, suppressed before the request returns — as RFC 8058 requires. Hard bounces and spam complaints suppress automatically and permanently.

Every button is also an API call.

SendWide has a REST API and an MCP server covering the same operations as the interface, so an AI agent can author a flow, build a segment or send a campaign without a human clicking through the admin.

This is deliberately a control surface, not a content generator. SendWide will not write your marketing for you or decide who to target. It makes the whole product reachable by whatever you already use — including nothing at all, if you'd rather just use the screens.

Why not just use Klaviyo?

Sometimes you should — it's a deeper product with a decade of features. These are the specific places SendWide is built differently, for smaller stores.

Comparison reflects the shape of each product, not a feature-count contest. Verify current pricing yourself before deciding.
 SendWideTypical list-priced ESP
What you pay for Flat. Growing your list doesn't raise the bill. Priced by contacts or sends, so success costs more.
DNS setup One delegated subdomain. Rotations handled for you. Several records to add, and to revisit when keys change.
Automation surface Full API and MCP — an agent can drive all of it. Admin-first; API coverage varies by feature.
Who it's for Stores without a marketing team. Teams with someone who owns email.
Depth of features Focused. Email automation, done properly. Broader — SMS, predictive analytics, deep reporting.

One price. However big your list gets.

List-based pricing punishes you for the thing you're trying to do. SendWide charges for the store, not the size of the audience.

Flat monthly — set at launch

  • Unlimited contacts and segments
  • Every automation type included
  • Your own verified sending domain
  • API and MCP access included, not an upsell
  • Generous send allowance, with the ceiling shown up front rather than discovered

The number isn't set yet, and we would rather say that than invent one. Early-access stores help decide it and keep their rate.

We're taking on a small number of Shopify stores. You get direct input on what gets built, and a founding rate that doesn't move.

Questions worth answering.

How is SendWide different from Klaviyo?
Two things mainly. Pricing is flat rather than scaling with your list, so growing your audience doesn't raise your bill. And setup is one DNS record instead of six, because SendWide can manage the sending subdomain for you rather than handing you records to maintain forever.
Do I need my own domain to send email?
You need a domain, but you don't need to configure it yourself. You delegate one subdomain — email.yourstore.com — and SendWide publishes and maintains the DKIM, SPF and tracking records inside it. Key rotations happen without you touching anything.
Can an AI agent run my email for me?
Yes. Every action in the app is an API call, and an MCP server exposes the same operations as tools, so an agent can author flows, build segments and send campaigns without a human in the admin. It's a control surface, not a content generator — you still decide what gets said.
What happens when someone unsubscribes?
They're suppressed immediately and permanently, before the click even returns a response. One-click unsubscribe works without a login or confirmation page, as RFC 8058 requires, and hard bounces and spam complaints suppress automatically too.
Will this slow my storefront down?
No, because it isn't in your storefront. There's no theme edit and no tracking script on your pages. SendWide talks to Shopify's API and sends email; your site is untouched.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Uninstalling stops sending immediately. Your data is deleted after the retention window Shopify requires, and your suppression list can be exported before you go so nobody you've unsubscribed gets mailed by whatever you use next.
Is SendWide available yet?
Not yet. It's in active development and isn't listed on the Shopify App Store. Early access is open to a small number of stores who want to shape it.
